Gumbeaux Girlz was founded in late 2017 by Holly Easly AKA chef Rychie. Holly was Just a small-town girl from Louisiana, living in a Big world who took the midnight train to Georgia HAHA! That’s somewhat the truth. Now known as Chef Rychie of Gumbeaux Girlz, Holly had a mission to provide a French quarter Experience on the popular streets of Georgia. Using POP UPS (Hey we got them bowlz yeah) as a way to connect with the streets of Atlanta. Chef Rychie is indeed a force to be reckoned with. Influenced and Motivated by her mother the late Patricia Easly, Holly made some promises to make mama proud! We are determined to serve people with quality service and the Best BAYOU Bowlz one can buy! My vision is to provide everyone across the globe a taste of New Orleans. We are confident and stand behind our philosophy and slogan “The Taste to Tell”!
